The Sadhu Sanga Retreat 2024 will happen in the Frisco Conference Center. This is where the Kirtans will happen and where all meals will be served.  Registration is mandatory for all attendees. The following are the types of registration available:

 

1. Registration with our accommodation (The check-in for the hotels is on Friday, May 24th and check-out from the hotels is on Monday, May 27th). The registration cost depends on the type of accommodation you choose from the tables below.

2. Registration with your own accommodation. The registration cost is $185 per person. 

3. Registration for a day pass to attend only one or two days of the retreat. A day pass costs $80 per day and will give you access to kirtans and all three meals of that day. As the retreat starts only on Friday evening and ends on Monday afternoon, Friday and Monday are together considered as one full day.

 

If you choose our accommodation, there are three categories of accommodation available.

 

Category 1: Onsite

The Embassy Suites by Hilton is the onsite hotel which is attached to the Frisco Conference Center. The Embassy Suites has only, well, suites. No regular rooms. 

 

This means in each King suite there’s a bedroom with a King bed that sleeps 2 and a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 for a total of 4 people per King suite. 

 

Similarly, each Queen suite there’s a bedroom with two Queen beds that sleeps 4 and a living room with a sofa bed that sleeps 2 for a total of 6 people per Queen suite.

 

Category 2: Offsite hotels within 3-7 mins walking distance (max 0.3 miles)

There are several offsite hotels near the Frisco Conference Center which we have booked at a group rate with a pretty good discount. Half of these offsite hotels are 3-7 mins away by walk. These have regular King rooms that sleep 2-3, regular Queen rooms that sleep 4 and a few Queen suites that sleep 5.

 

Category 3: Offsite hotels within 8-15 mins walking distance (max 0.6 miles)

There are several offsite hotels near the Frisco Conference Center which we have booked at a group rate with a pretty good discount. Half of these offsite hotels are 8-15 mins away by walk. These have regular King rooms that sleep 2-3 and regular Queen rooms that sleep 4.

 

The Sadhu Sanga mobile app will provide the following options depending on the number of adults in the group. For registration purposes, anyone 6 years or older is considered an adult.

 

The total cost shown below includes 3 nights of accommodation, access to kirtans and 9 meals of prasadam. Parking is free in all offsite hotels. There’s also plenty of free parking available in the nearby mall and in the surface lots next to the conference center during the day. There’s a $6/day fee for overnight parking at the onsite hotel.

 

As you can notice, the total cost per person drastically reduces when you share your room with more people.

We have a limited number of suites with kitchens in one of the offsite hotels. If you’d like to choose that, mention it in your special needs when registering.
