Retreat Center Venue:
The Sadhu Sanga Kirtan Retreat will take place at Frisco Conference Center at 7600 John Q Hammons Dr, Frisco, TX 75034. The morning program, classes, all kirtans and Prasadam will be at this venue on all days.

No Parking Pass Needed :

Hotel check-in:
We have booked accommodation in six different hotels. Please make sure you check your dashboard in the Sadhu Sanga mobile app for the right hotel name, note down the check-in times, as it’s different for different hotels.
- ID & Payment :
You can check-in at your assigned hotel by showing your ID card. We have paid for the room and tax from the event. You just need to give your credit card for any incidentals. If you are taking someone else’s spot, don’t be surprised if they don’t allow you to check-in. The hotels have been informed to not allow check-in if the name is not in the list we have sent them.
- Extra nights:
A few of you have asked us to book for extra nights at the hotel (Wednesday/Thursday before the event and Monday/Tuesday after the event). We have provided this information also to the hotels, so there should be no issues in checking in. This is applicable only for devotees who paid for extra nights and gotten approved their request and received the payment. If you requested late and haven’t heard back from us, please contact the hotel directly and pay for the extra nights.
Retreat check-in:
- ID
Apart from hotel check-in, everyone needs to check-in with us as well. Retreat check-in is at the Frisco Conference Center and starts at 9 am on Friday. You can check-in at your hotel before or after depending on your convenience, as both are independent. You would need to show your name on the mobile app and a ID for the retreat check in.
- Wristbands:
Upon check-in, you’ll receive your wristbands which will give you access to the kirtan and Prasadam. This year the wristband will include a NFC tag which is associated with a specific individual and hence not interchangeable. Kids below 6 years of age do not need a wrist band even though they have to be registered for the event. Please note that everyone is required to wear the band on their wrist through out the event, as the volunteers and the police officers will be checking it. The only exception is a few elderly people who are unable to come and stand in the Prasadam lines. For them, the family members can bring their wrist band, get it scanned and take their plate of Prasadam. Please note that if you wear the wrist band tight, it cannot be removed. So these elderly devotees can keep their wrist band with them in their bags.
- Late arrivals:
Retreat check-in will be open until 10 pm on Friday. If you are arriving later than that, you can check-in with us on Saturday starting at 6:45 am. Dinner will be served from 6 pm until 8:30 pm on Friday. If you arrive after that, please pick up a togo box from the retreat check-in desk.
Early Arrivals :
For registered volunteers arriving before the event, we will provide some simple Prasadam up to Friday lunch. If you haven’t done so, you can sign up for services from the Sadhu Sanga Mobile App from Your Dashboard.
